Jamie
Jamie has been with WQ since 2016 and loves training Quay Fitness members.
After seeing the positive impact strength training had on his own personal life, Jamie was inspired to help others enhance their lives too, believing everyone, at any age, should partake in some level of resistance training.

Jamie's Top Fitness Tips:
Avoid FAD diets and don’t follow any extreme dieting advice from the charlatans of the world, who are trying to sell you a product. Find a well balanced diet that you actually enjoy, inclusive of mainly nutritionally dense foods.

Tom
Tom joined WQ in 2019 as our Personal Trainer, having 11 years experience as a certified PT and having trained with all kinds of people. He has also worked closely with physiotherapists.
Tom's parents owned a fitness centre when he was young and so was motivated to stay fit from an early age. However, in his 20's Tom had to undergo major abdominal surgery. From that point he was determined to build himself back up, learn about his body and pass that knowledge onto others.
If you're ready for a real work out, Tom's got you covered with traditional exercises with a challenging twist!
Tom's top fitness tip:
If you are exercising then make sure you eat. Never stop eating when you are exercising. Your body needs the energy.
