Our state-of-the-art, flexible meeting rooms and training facilities, ECITB and IOSH Accredited, ensure that we can provide the perfect venue for any session. Fitted with Logitech video-conferencing systems and ultra high-definition monitors, supported by high-speed broadband, our meeting, training and break out rooms are excellently suited for virtual or hybrid styles of working, as well as traditional face-to-face meetings.

Our meeting rooms and training spaces, available for rent, are free to use for tenants of WQ, available at a discounted rate for Quay Life members and on an ad hoc basis for non-tenants space available hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.

Full Mezzanine Level

The Mezzanine Level at Provender House is perfectly suited to business breakfasts, networking events, product launches, training days, exhibitions and much more. Accessible by using an activated fob via reception, the entire space will be exclusively yours, during the time of your booking, and comprises of three meeting rooms with removable partitions, as well as the mezzanine gallery.

The Mezzanine Level can hold up to 50 delegates depending on the required seating configuration. Get in touch with a member of our team who can advise on the best use of space, from U-shape, boardroom, classroom, or theatre styles.

This modern space comes fully equipped with both AV and Comms equipment, a projector or TV screen, meeting tables and chairs, as well as optional comfy breakout areas. 

Your booking will include visitor meet & greet from our friendly reception team as well as two parking bays for the event hosts in our adjacent multi-storey car park with additional parking spaces available for pre-booking, dependent on availability. There is also free, on-street parking for event guests.

Full catering can be arranged on request from our on-site cafe, delivered at a time that suits you.
